Meridian Convention Center
A large-scale contemporary venue designed for conferences, exhibitions, and public gatherings. Its distinctive curved glass exterior and spacious interior planning reflect SAMCON's capability in complex commercial and civic construction.
Ethiopian Roads Authority
A multi-story institutional headquarters delivered for Ethiopia's national roads authority. The project demonstrates SAMCON's experience building durable, functional facilities that support critical public infrastructure administration.
Housing & Saving
A high-rise residential complex designed to expand urban housing capacity. With stacked living units and balcony-lined floors, this project reflects SAMCON's strength in large-scale residential construction for growing communities.
Civil Service Building
Modern office facilities constructed for civil service operations, featuring clean architectural lines and efficient workspace planning. The buildings provide a professional environment for public administration and institutional teams.
Ministry of Health
An expansive government campus developed for Ethiopia's Ministry of Health. The multi-building complex supports national healthcare administration with practical layouts suited to high-capacity institutional use.
Tepi University
Educational facilities built for Tepi University, set within a green and scenic campus environment. The project highlights SAMCON's role in delivering academic infrastructure that supports learning and regional development.
Nib Bank Yejoka
A commercial banking branch completed for Nib Bank at Yejoka, combining customer-facing retail space with secure financial facilities. The project showcases SAMCON's precision in specialty commercial interiors and branch construction.
